iglidur® IC-01PF: PTFE-free coating powder for wear-resistant surfaces

iglidur® IC-01PF is a white, PTFE-free coating powder for durable and wear-resistant sliding surfaces. The tribologically optimized coating improves the sliding properties of surfaces and provides direct wear protection for metal components. This can extend the service life of existing components and reduce the need for component replacement.

The coating powder is PFAS-tested and is suitable for coating metal surfaces. Corrosion protection was confirmed in a 480-hour salt spray test in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227. iglidur® IC-01PF can be used to give existing components a wear-resistant surface with improved sliding properties.
