Roboter- und Motorsteuerungen

Die kostengünstigen und individuell anpassbaren Roboterarme von igus® können mit unterschiedlichen Steuerungskonzepten ergänzt werden. Eine Lösung bietet die Industriesteuerung der Firma Commonplace Robotics GmbH, die speziell auf robolink® D abgestimmt ist und zusammen mit einer einfach zu bedienenden Software geliefert wird. Mit Hilfe der Software werden die Bewegungsabläufe des Roboters dargestellt und können leicht verständlich programmiert und gesteuert werden. Das modulare robolink® Baukastenprinzip macht die Roboterarme auch mit einer selbstprogrammierten Steuerung nutzbar und bietet somit höchste Modularität. Durch die Kombination aus robolink® Greifarm und Steuerung lassen sich monotone Aufgaben, z.B. in der Qualitätssicherung, Montage oder Kommissionierung, einfach automatisieren und die Arbeitsabläufe des Roboters mühelos koordinieren.
