Ideal for welding, riveting and screwdriving robots.

The greater the variety in automated production technology, the higher the demands on cable carrier systems. Increasingly, not only electrical and pneumatic cables have to be guided on production robots, but also feed hoses for bolts, rivets and screws. As these are not compatible with narrow bend radii, the new triflex® RSE relies on a very simple and linear retraction without sag and deflections.

Linear movement without deflection or loops on the robot.

The retraction system triflex® RSE is used to keep the e-chain® as compact as possible on the robot arm to prevent the hanging e-chain® from influencing or blocking the movement of the robot. The triflex® RSE is a particularly lightweight and cost-effective retraction system

Available for triflex® sizes from 40-100 (TR.RSE.40 to TR.RSE.100)

The RSE retraction system consists of the following components:

drylin® linear guide with carriage
Elastic belt or tension spring for retraction
Mounting plates for variable connection to a variety of robot types
Connecting element without strain relief of the corresponding e-chain® size
gliding feed-through of the corresponding e-chain® size

Please note that the length of the e-chain® in the RSE system should be at least 800 mm.

Closed variants TRC or TRCF

TRC and TRCF offer optimum protection for applications with higher levels of soiling or external influences in general.

The TRCF can be opened thanks to the wing system, which simplifies the subsequent insertion or replacement of cables and hoses.

With the TRE e-chain® it is possible to push cables and hoses into the e-chain® from the outside, which makes maintenance much easier.
