This motorcycle is usually to be found driving off the beaten track. In the past, dirt, salt and humidity gave the bearings on the rear wheel suspension a hard time. They became clogged and corroded over time. They became clogged and corroded over time. The bearings even broke sometimes because they were subject to permanent heavy impact. For this reason, the designers exchanged the conventional roller bearings for iglidur® plastic bearings from igus®. These are lubricant-free and resistant to dirt, salt and humidity.
