Product ejector

Reliable sorting

This product ejector is used in packing and filling machines. It is based on linear motor technology and separates faulty products out of the product flow at high speed and acceleration. The ejection mechanism is made up of two carbon fibre reinforced plastic tubes and an end plate made of the same material. The tubes are mounted in iglidur® J plain bearings. Following extensive tests involving several million stroke cycles and an overall running length of several thousand kilometres, no signs of friction or wear worth mentioning were found either on the tubes or on the plain bearings.
