Optimum protection

This sunshade system is made up of lots of slats and is used both on private and public buildings, which are equipped with an architecturally sophisticated double facade, which saves energy on top. To be able to guarantee the rotary movement of the whole slat while following the sun, the linear movement of the individual slats and the mounting of the drive unit reliably and in the long term, plain bearings from igus® were used. An additional advantage of the sturdy and lubricant- free bearings is that they allow the slats to be adjusted almost silently.
